Tendora (derived from the Italian Tenda Ora, meaning “tent now”) is an innovative, easy-to-set-up shelter designed to simplify the traditional tent assembly process and to answer the question of how might we design a structure that is both adaptable and accessible so that it may respond to different conditions without being difficult to use?
Tendora is innovative and crazy easy to put together. Its lack of standard cumbersome tent poles makes set up and tear down as easy as folding and unfolding, the same way you would with an accordion! Fit for any season, Tendora has breathable mesh panels that keep you cool in the summer and that can be easily covered with different fabric panels in cooler conditions to keep the structure insulated. These panels are also constructed so simply that you can make your own at home using your own fabric scraps! Yup, it’s that easy.
